Agree 100%. On top of that, people who are offended by something often decide that to really hurt that business they need to make up stuff that will offend all the people. For example, the guest is upset they were told to keep their dog on a leash and clean up after them. Since complaining they had to clean up after their pets and keep them on a leash would not dissuade the vast majority or RVers from visiting that park and the goal of the review is to hurt the Park, they instead post that the restrooms are covered in worms and worse, thinking that WILL hurt the business. You can pretty much be assured that if a park has filthy restrooms and showers, bad power or other true quality issues there will be repeated posts to that effect. If it pops up once out of 20 reviews, you can bet you have found a disgruntled customer.
