I usually read the reviews and if posted "see other reviews from the same party" I'll look at those too. That will give me some idea of the reviewers thought process. If still unsure I'll post a request from others who have stayed at the CG in question and get their feedback. I've have stayed at places that got bad reviews but were great for me thanks to folks on this site who stayed at the CG and provided their experiences. Good luck!!!
It's a tool. I don't care about the restrooms as we have an RV and use our own facilities. If someone uses the rest room just prior to it being closed for cleaning then, in fact, the rr might be dirty. One hour later, after a thorough cleaning, a different camper might find them extremely well kept. Watch the date of the review and ignore old ones that might now be under new management. Don't give them more weight than needed for your individual wants.
