I'm a bit confused what you are asking for. Assuming it's setting up a campsite on private property, the biggest challenge is likely to be zoning. After that, basic utilities (water/power/sewer).
Many places won't let you do it at all and others have a lot of permitting.
Thanks for response. This option is a house where guests live with half-acre lot and driveway to park their cars/RV. This is a option comparable to comfortable cabin on campground with full summer lease but way better since it’s a proper (and quite unique) house. Not sure if links are allowed but will clarify with admin and update.
