Barb - huskExplorerHow about somewhere cooler, but still in Arizona? We would like a resort RV park that has shuffleboard, billiards, quilting and bingo...does anyone know of such a park in the northern or north-eastern part of Arizona? thanks....
- 64thunderboltExplorer IIMy daughter in law & grand daughter live close to Showlow & I go there sometimes. But I'm looking for something new. It will have to have trails to ride. I like to boondock so I don't know if I would like a campground. In 15 yrs I have never stayed in one. But going for extended times I will give it a try. Being single I don't know if I would like to spend THAT much time alone. LOL

Check out Munds Park RV Resort online. They seem to have some things going on.
Just south of Flag. - CardinalRuleExplorerMy wife and I have traveled throughout the western states by motorcycle. Of all the places I have seen the areas around Jackson Hole are the greatest. The scenery is spectacular. The rivers are amazing. If I could summer in the US this would be our choice.
- MaverickBBDExplorerI used to tell people my favorite summer location. Now I am paying the price for it's popularity. Let my suffice to say it is somewhere north of Astoria, Oregon and south of Olympic National park. About a 100 yard walk through the dunes to the edge of the Pacific ocean.
- Happy_ProspectoExplorerJust stay in the desert, it isn't that bad, remember it's a dry heat.
