Recommend an RV park in Mesquite, NV?

We're planning a trip up to Utah and we're going to be stopping for the night in Mesquite Nevada this Saturday night. Nevada border towns can be hit & miss with the casino traffic. I'm wondering if anyone can recommend someplace to stay in Mesquite.

We aren't too picky. We just need someplace safe & comfortable for our 44.5' fifth wheel before we continue on to Utah on Sunday.

Any recommendations?

  • If you don't require hookups or in town facilities check out the Virgin River Gorge Campground off I-15 in AZ really like.

If you require facilities Sun Resorts RV Park in Mesquite we like.
  • CasaBlanca Casino has an rv park, and offers free boondocking in the West parking lot. Easy big rig access boondocking, so you wont have to unhook.

The rv park has pull throughs, but they are too short to stay hooked up.

Desert Skies look nice. I usually head north into UT and boondock at Black Rock road.

Interesting. Where is Black Rock? Is it far off the highway?
