Reviews on thousand trails camping pass?

Don't get it, it's a scam! I have the premier membership and I tried for months to get into one of two sites in the keys, with the same response: "it's book completely for the next four months" and " your membership won't allow you to book more than 60 days in advance". I finally found one day and showed up to find the site completely empty. There were at most 3-4 campers around me. I called and asked to stay an additional day and they still insisted that they were full. I went to the front office and they said that they would have to charge me the normal rate because they could not do membership reservations. I paid the extra night and it was empty! Total scam! Now they're telling me I can't cancel the membership. I had to cancel my card and hire lawyers. They're no different than a timeshare.
