Finally got to RGV a couple weeks ago. Found a nice rental lot in an ownership park. We have settled in and have found the folks to be quite friendly. Have been to two dances and several happy hour...

We have owned a couple. And sold. They all have turned out the same in one way or another. And will not own again.
I'd like to hear a little more of your thoughts on this topic. We are currently at a resort considered by many to be at the very top of the luxury resort pyramid. It seems that a third of the lots are for sale at present, and I've noted a similar trend in others we have stayed.
I'm not sure what to make of it.
