RGV lots for sale

Finally got to RGV a couple weeks ago. Found a nice rental lot in an ownership park. We have settled in and have found the folks to be quite friendly. Have been to two dances and several happy hours.

There several lots available for purchase including the lot we are renting. If the price and location is right would you purchase a lot for future years?? Starting to get the feeling that we would enjoy the winters here.
