FWIW.. I admit all the suggestions are great for survival, in the middle of the Australian outback. The only time we use civilized RV conveniences are when traveling but camping is in the desert where we may not see more than a couple Jeeps or ATVs. We started out in a tent, pop-up, etc. then to this toy-hauler. We upgraded to it for more conveniences and we use them to the fullest, though with common sense. The nearest facilities are about 30 miles and I see no reason to use the resources of the trailer like we're camping in a tent. Water & gas for the generators are the only items that can be remedied with a trip to "town". The most difficult problem with longtime boon docking is the black tank. No suggestion was made for that problem ???. :)
