Nicely stated .... our feelings and situation are the same!!
However, we do have a couple of generators with us (a large built-in and a very quiet small portable). With global warming now being a reality, we don't trust Mother Nature anymore. It can be unexpectedly hot or unexpectedly shady when one is out and about on precious RV trips. We don't like "backpack-living" when camping with our rig.
