I think the math was based on two weeks and three weekends (i.e. leaving on Friday afternoon/evening and returning on Sunday evening).
Given the choice between seeing something I'm interested in more hurriedly than I would really prefer and not seeing it at all, I'll choose the former most every time. That may not be true for everyone, and that is fine, but it would be my choice.
