Rudds Creek, V a fire wood
Anybody know a good local place to buy fire wood near Rudds Creek Campground in Va., I don't mean those little 5 stick bundles of rotten wood at a convenience store.

- On Buggs Island Rd. heading towards North Bend there were several private people selling wood. I don't know what the prices were though. That's about 5 miles from Rudds Creek.
- Thanks Mark, usually the folks selling wood outside the parks are reasonable, A lot of the Federal Parks sell garbage, we bought wood at Big Meadows on Skyline Dr. it was overpriced, and it wouldn't even burn.
