I have never encountered such ruder person than Mary Williams of VIP RV Resort in Apache Junction AZ.
Has no concept of what customer service is.
I was trying to rent a RV Storage spot for a very new RV that I just purchased and I was trying to find a safe and clean place for storage. I asked to shown the lot and was told you can drive by it and look at it. I asked again and came up with the same resistance of not wanting to show me the storage lot.
She said she has managed the place for 15 years and this was not the place for me because I was asking too many questions about the lot. Kind of makes you wonder if this is a safe and secure place.
If anyone knows who actually owns this place I would like to contact them and let them know how the place is truly being managed.
To answer your last question, that should be a matter of public record. All you need to do is a search of the County Clerk and Recorder Department of the County in question. Input the actual address and you should be able to find out who owns it.
The two storage areas that I've utilized, I guess have customer service that far exceeds what other posters must have experienced. In both cases they were fenced properties, with electronic gates. They had staff to escort me through the gate, advise what to do in case of a gate malfunction, and showed the space I was paying money to rent. They suggested the best way to come in and access the space I was renting. They chatted with me, found out what kind of trailer I was bringing in, and were just very friendly and informative. No, I'm not paying ridiculously high rent; ~$50/month with a discount for paying 6-12 months in advance.
I guess my rental experience is not the norm. And that's a shame.
