I'm sorry, I just don't understand how having her stand next to you changes the experience of checking out the lot. Do you think she would point out the nails or other debris that may or may not be in the lot that you missed?
I hear your concerns and I agree with you that they are all valid concerns. I just don't understand why you need an escort to check out the lot. Both lots I rented from to store our RVs both operated the same way. They opened the gate for me and told me to find a spot and then come back with the site number and fill out the paper work. I asked all my questions, found my spot, filled out the paper work and paid my first month's rent ($30/month at both places).
