My experience with a RV storage lot was to pick a spot and then stop in the office to finish the paper work with the ONE person that was running it. While that ONE person answered the phone, pressed the button for renters that forgot their card key and did the paperwork for people that were actually renting a spot - not browsing.
I expect to be led to a spot in a CG from time to time, but that's their choice, not my request. Usually, the ONE person behind the counter pulls out a printed sheet showing the lots, marks the one that will be mine, runs my credit card and then answers the phone that's been ringing off the hook. They kind of expect that if you found the RV park by yourself, you can probably find the assigned parking spot.
If you want concierge service, sell the RV and go to high class hotels. Be prepared to tip if you want clean sheets.
