JMO, but if the storage yard is in a bad area, with dumpy trailers in the yard, why would you want to park your " brand new " trailer there? Seems it would stand out amongst the others and be a target.
I agree with others about the lady not wanting to leave the office. If I was a single woman, at a business in a bad area, I would be very uncomfortable with a stranger insisting I leave the office with them to show them a gravel spot in a storage yard. Sorry, not happening!
