As we've revisited various parks over the years, I think it's been pretty evenly split between those that are going downhill, and those that have shown good upkeep and regular improvements, both private and federal/state parks. One area that concerns me a bit, is those parks that are sacrificing RV sites to add more cabins. I can understand the rationale if the demand is there, but I hate to see the RV site count go down.
