We spent Jan & most of Feb 2016 in BHC at Vista Del Sol just off the Parkway. They have homes for sale, as well as RV spaces, but not the kind you asked about. What I want to mention is it was so windy there we (and others) left early...without refunds just to get away from the wind. I suggest renting for a year before investing! We will never go back!
