If you are traveling, what's to stop you from calling a golf course and asking if you can stay in their parking lot overnight. Why do you have to pay an organization to do that for you.
That's how this guy is making his money: to whittle down the crowd. The question is if you still pay the course, does he, or what $$ changes hands at all.
