I must disagree with this. If a submitted review is not accepted for posting it is considered "deferred". In virtually all cases, a deferred review is returned to the individual who submitted it so that it can be edited for publication and re-submitted. Even reviews that contain highly unacceptable language are given a second chance.
As for deletion of an already posted review, I have yet to encounter such a situation. Maybe if it was learned, after the fact, that the person submitting a review never went to the CG or was an employee or owner of it, it's possible it could be deleted, but I've not heard of any review that was deleted after it was posted on the site.
