Thanks all. Did not know that Flagg's had been absorbed within the park system...
I also just learned that Gros Ventre, one of our favorite campgrounds, has some sites with electric hook up added. Positive is areas with less generators running, negative is probably another population of campers who prefer power will add to the gang looking for spots:)!
The couple is going to do the math on possibly picking up a rental RV on our way North from Southern California. Provo, UT has a place that might workout for this. If it's within a few hundred dollars difference compared to a cottage rental, they're leaning towards that as it provides more flexibility. We'll have two vehicles with us, so enough room for all of us to get out and get around.
THis would allow Gross Ventre for the Tetons, and probably Madison for the Yellowstone homebase.
They'll let us know next week.
