RV Parks ,@ Ocean Springs,MS.

Question

Looking for rv parks in Ocean Springs, MS. Area 35 ' need full hookups due to # of people in RV.We like to look shop eat would like some trees and shade do not gamble . I looked at Shepard S.P. no sewer I am afraid we will fill up the grey tank and do not want to unhook to dump daily. Any sugestions. Has anyone stayed @ Shepard just curious. Mosquitos bad? I have Non campers and boondockers on board.

Check out the Davis Bayou website, can't remember what hookups it has. It is in Ocean Springs, MS.

Nice visitors center, we drove through did not camp there but it was a nice area for camping. Hiking trails, etc.

Yep, mosquitos and no-see um's! And alligators.

If you are a member of Passport America (best $44 I ever spent) you can stay at Martin Lake Resort   for $19 a night (half price).  The address is actually Biloxi but it is on the Ocean Springs side of the bridge.  They have a pool, lake with paddle boats, club house, etc.  We have stayed there a couple of times.  Nothing fantastic but probably about as good as you will find with full hookups in that area.

Majestic Oaks in Biloxi is nice. Hollywood Casino RV Park in Bay St Louis is also nice. Adjacent to casino but you don't have to go in the casino.

DAVIS bayou does not have full hookups though it is very nice and peaceful.MikeOcean Springs Ms

We stayed at Majestic Oaks in Biloxi a few months ago.  A very nice park.  Check out "The Shed" in Ocean Springs for Bar B Que.
