RV Parks along I84 in Connecticut

Question

I will traveling through Connecticut on I84 next month and I haven't been able to find an RV campground along that Interstate.  I need a camp site for a 34 foot 5'er for one night. Does anyone have recommendations for a campground along the Interstate?

Bear creek campground in Bristol ct. New campground that opened last summer.$60 per night W/E which is a good price for our area. Campground is owned by lake compounce amusement park which is next door.

We did a drive through the campground last summer and have booked for this upcoming July 4th weekend.

I am at Bear Creek right now. All pull through sites. Very open. We are here for the theme park.

I was wondering the same thing about the area. Made a one night for Bear Creek for our pass through. Thanks folks

Only downfall, since we have a hybrid. Is that there is a trash to energy power plant about 1/4 mile away or so, and you can hear some noise from it.  Sorta like a continuous motor, or probably the turbine. It is sorta like a "white noise".
