I do not trust Good Sam reviews; in spite of what they say, I think it is advertising money related.
Example.
Walked into register in a place a year ago and was greeted with, "Welcome to the only Good Sam 10-10-10 rated park in Colorado."
Although I wanted to say, "So?" I kept my mouth zipped.
Got to the gravel site which was far lower in the front than the back and required two blocks under the tires to level side to side. Go to hook up and I was lucky as my water and electric were close together; my neighbor's water was 2-3 feet off the ground over basically on my site nowhere near his electric. All sewer connections I that I saw were to the back of the site so unless you had a very long sewer hose - our 2 sections did not even come close - you could not hook up. So we used their restrooms which, incidentally, were very clean. Every day they pulled a drag around to smooth out the gravel roads - do I have to say DUST / DIRT!?
But it is a GS 10-10-10.
