- mike_brezExplorerWe stayed at Graceland rv park. It is directly across the street from Graceland. If you want to do the Elvis thing I would stay here see it and leave.
I cut my time short in Memphis and got the heck out of there. To me it was a dump.
After spending some time in Nashville and visiting Broadway, Beale street in Memphis looked like a drug haven.
Take your kids to Nashville and pigeon forge. - K_CharlesExplorer

Very good place. - shayerkExplorerEZ Daze is a great overnight stop. But not much for kids to do and not really close to any sightseeing.

X3. I stayed there a couple years ago. I could throw a rock from my pull-thru site into the river. Really cool to be right on the river. Always something to watch going up or downstream. - TxTwoSomeExplorerIf you just want a parking spot Tom Sawyer is ok.
If you want a campground then I recommend Shelby State Park.
We stayed at the state park last year it was very nice. - ArcamperExplorerTom Sawyer or EZ Daze. Just stayed at Tom Sawyer Saturday night and it was packed.
- RVcrazyExplorerWe stayed at the one attached to Graceland and thought it was fine.

Meeman-Shelby Forest state park is north, the sites around Graceland are ok but not in the best of areas. So Tom Sawyers or the Agra Center is good and there is a I-40 east campground at exit 20 the lakeland exit its an old KOA but is mostly park models but they do have sites.
Good luck
I stayed at that old KOA when I visited Memphis and it was a bit crowded but certainly acceptable.
