We were there the last two winters for a week, one of our favorites. Both winters it was nearly full the entire time. BUT there is a boondock area that people don't seem to use very often down by the boat launch. Have only seen a couple campers down there. You could stay there for a couple of days if nothing is available when you first arrive. They did have either power or water at the boondock sites, don't remember which. Give them a call, good people.
