I'm glad you took the time to write. I have often looked at staying at this "Resort" only to scoff at their prices although I realize that for touring SF, it's probably got the market covered....not much else locally to choose from. If the staff can't find the time to treat you reasonably at those prices...well, I guess I'll stay outside the city and drive, bus, train or walk in!!! lol :-)
