I'm sad to here of such a negative experience. We stay at this park every time we visit our son that lives in SF and have never had that experience. It certainly is a parking lot, crowded spaces, but those views are wonderful. And, yes, high prices...but it is SF. Hopefully, they fire the people you dealt with! We'll keep giving it a try.
