The word resort is misused in almost all cases of rv parks. I can see the jammed together spots and high prices at that location- a tradeoff for city access.
But the waiting was ridiculous given the site was open. Maybe someone will see this and lead to a policy update. Yes I've had to wait in some places too..just for sticking to procedure. But in the great majority of cases I have not. And I appreciate that!
