Is Hardeeville still in business? I called many times the past spring and fall and never got a callback. Seems to me that if they can't answer their phone or return a call they're either not in business or don't want business.
It was still there and open last week when I passed through. - Retired_JSOExplorerWe’ve stayed a few times at Fort McAllister State Park. No seeums could be a problem in the spring at any coastal Georgia RV park.
- md_procoupleExplorerWe are planning a stay at Creek Fire in March and looking forward to it, heard a lot of good things about it !!
- FunTwoDrvExplorerWe've stayed at the KOA and were satisfied. Sister has stayed at Creek Fire and really liked it.
Gary - azdryheatExplorerSkidaway gets my vote. We could've parked two of my trailers end-to-end the space was so long. And the spaces were overly wide.
- stew47ExplorerStayed at red gate. Very nice.
- spoon059Explorer IIWe like Savannah Oaks, personally. Its not a typical looking campground, very spread out and nice. Its the closest to the city and a decent price. We've been there 3 times now and are going back again in about 3 weeks.

I like Hardeeville RV Park, in Hardeeville, SC. Easy run into Savannah, good home base.
Yup. The closest campground to Savannah. Not a lot of amenities but we don't use them anyway. - Pawz4meExplorerSkidaway Island is awesome.
