I'm retired, so I'll probably try during the middle of the week.
There have been lots of games played over the years with saving spots, running rental busness, people with two RV's, one to save a spot, the other to space swap with and camp in or rent, and the list is a mile long to the point its been written up several times in the paper. The county has tried many tomes to fix the problem, from raising the rates, to changing the stay limits, to changing the return (out) time, and apparently even checking some folks to make sure they own their campers. Its a constant battle.
In the summer it loads up usually by Tuesday to have a spot cor the weekend, often leaving camperse empty till Friday. There are obviously exceptions to this, but if you want a spot, Tuesday is the latest u should be there
