That area is so desirable that some RV folks paek in the day use area and stay the night, figuring the fine is worth it. I drove by yesterday and Rincon, Faria and Hobson (another tiny seaside park in the same area) were full. A number of class A RVs in the day use area had slideouts out, awnings up,mats down, bbqs set up. I doubt they were heading home that evening.
believe it or not, they are gone when time is up.,this place was essentially empty this morning and quickly filled up and will likely remain that way till Sunday (5day limit)
