Search for dry camp site with google maps White green area ?

Iv been searching the hills east of hwy 24 and 285 close to buena vista colorado for a secluded dry camp site with google maps. I dont look in the "white" areas when in map view.. Only the green a...

Nice link, dahkota. I'm surprised I haven't seen this page before.

OP, if you find some likely spots on Google maps, check out dahkota's link to really zoom in to determine land ownership. In places, there is quite a bit of private inholdings within the National Forest boundaries.
