I own a campground in northern New England. We are closed for the winter months but we allow our seasonal campers to leave their campers (winterized) on site until the spring at no additional charge. There are campgrounds around us that are open for the winter but most chose to close. Every campground is different so you need to check with them before you sign a seasonal contract. Make sure you ask all of your questions up front so that there are no surprises. When we talk to new seasonals, we try to make sure they know everything about our park but as hard as we try, there are sometimes things that we just don't think to mention. Don't be afraid to ask. Good luck and happy camping.
