Thanks for the replies, everyone!
I did a search on Good Sam's site and only 2 came up that are open all year in MN and they're both hours away from where I live now so that's not do-able. I guess i'll have to come up with a plan B, and either find somewhere else to live in the winter months or risk it in that crappy mobile home park. They have high lot rent though which is another reason i'm trying to avoid that place. And as long as I keep my current job, I won't even be there more than a week every other month.
