Been there, liked the place. Most if not all site parking is parallel to the roadway and pull thru. Makes for large sites. I enjoyed hiking the trails through the swamp especially after dark, very spooky feeling.
I wonder if they will ever fix/reopen the pool?
There is also a small nature center where they have programs for kids.
According to the Park employee, the pool isn't on the radar.
