Snowbird Parks in Tucson and Southeast AZ Area

I would appreciate any suggestions regarding snowbird parks in and around Tucson and including the southeast part of the state. I'm looking for something in the $250 to $350 range if such a thing exis...

Why not go to Yuma, AZ. Lots warmer in the winter. You can find several lot rentals by owners in the Foothills. We have friends that spend 3 months there with full hook ups for $300 a month. Just 2 on the lot. The owner and them.
