Downtown Columbia is underwater as are many outlying neighborhoods. Our 2 acre pond which was down about three feet and is only rain fed, is now back to full stage plus. Small neighborhood lake dams have been breached, some folks being rescued by boats even where there is no pond, lake, creek. Lexington SC has similar events going on.
