Be sure to plan a visit to see the production of real Tobasco at Avery Island. For what you have envisioned with out the MoHo, do a couple of days in Lafayette to enjoy the true Cajun culture and then a couple of days at a nice B&B in New Orleans to experience the best in Food, music and entertainment.
