Southern Louisiana campground recommendations.
Can someone suggest a campground, in the Lake Charles, LA area, to spend 2 to 4 weeks from mid February into March. One that has other snowbirds, and activities would be a plus.

Near to nothing, no activities other than boils, mighty nice folks. - I've stayed at a park north of Lake Charles that was nice. Pretty sure it was Sam Houston
- You might check out Sam Houston state park, I think most private campgrounds are becoming 'trailer parks' with workers.
