North Beach is a pretty nice place to stay, but there are residential sites there which can be irritating to some. The pool area was recently nicely upgraded, there are awesome restaurants to eat at on the intercoastal, good fishing as well. The Atlantic is right across the street. Did I mention full hookups and cable? The facilities are on the older side, but clean and well kept. Take flashlights for walking after dark - everything is in walking distance, but lots of people drive carts. The pull-thru sites are huge. We stayed at site 20 last time which is near the entrance, but you wouldn't know it. I try to get a spot on the same row.
Lots of people mention the sand - it's not a deal breaker. It certainly is not a dust bowl, and if you get it into your RV, that's on you. We stay there a few weeks each summer - drive from there to work.
