Would like to go to the World Golf Hall of Fame in St. Augustine FL. Any suggestions on best time of year and RV parks or CG? Thanks

Do either of the St. Augustine Outlet Malls on I-95 permit overnight RV parking. I can't get into Jetty Park until Sunday and this looks like a good stopping point. Looks like there is a Flyin' J and Camping World in a pinch.
