City museum has their own parking lot, and there's another independent lot across the street. The one across the street, at least, looks to me as though it should be able to accommodate an RV—they have some end-to-end slots. The City Museum lot itself is largely underground, I believe, so probably can't work for an RV.
The St Louis RV Park is about a fifteen minute walk away. It's without a doubt one of those RV parks that trades convenience of location for excellence of ambiance—think a parking lot with pedestals and a pool in the corner.
