Maybe you're homeless and maybe you're not. It depends upon whether you have a home - in addition to a vessel that you're using as a "dwelling".

No - if I didn't own a property tax/property insurance/mortgage interest/real estate commission when I sell it/lawyer fees-generator that needs the grass cut and the kitchen "updated" - and actually made the sailing vessel my home, am I "homeless"?
