Clothe, I usually change those right in the car in the morning when I wake up. I usually show up to work early and brush my teeth. I usually travel to a local town once a week that has a cheap laundromat to clean my clothe. Trash is pretty easy, where ever I'm at, I use whatever local trash or dumpster is nearby, if none are near, I use a plastic grocery bag until I find an appropriate place to dispose of my trash. I have a gym membership I use to take a shower almost everyday, plus I still work out a couple times per week, and that is when I'll brush my teeth at night. I get a fresh haircut every couple weeks, a high and tight, my favorite because I was in the army for nine years. I have nothing but nice clothe in my car, even a suite for interviews.
To me, stealth is a way of life I guess, though I have never used the exact word stealth before, but I guess after reading this thread, I will apply my meaning of it. I use stealth to hide the fact, that I live in my car.
