Suggestions for state or national parks and kayaking

I was wondering if anyone has suggestions or favorite woodsy campgrounds for a week in June that offers hiking, biking, and kayaking. I really enjoy reading others experiences and getting ideas! We'...

Our favorite is the North Bend COE campground on Kerr Reservoir, in Southern VA. It has a 50,000 acre lake, swimming, fishing, boat ramps, bike paths etc.. Check the recreation.gov website. Reservations can be made 6 months in advance, so you may be lucky.
