Here are some possibilities north of Houston:
In the Magnolia, TX area: Magnolia Forest RV, Magnolia Oaks RV, Timber Ridge RV Village, Magnolia Blossom RV
In the Tomball, TX area: Spring Creek Park, Corral RV Park
Off I-45 south of Conroe: Rayford Crossing Resort
Off US 59 north of Humble: Forest Retreat.
We have stayed in Corral, Rayford Crossing and Forest Retreat. Rayford Crossing and Forest Retreat are a bit more "upscale" especially Rayford Crossing. The parks around Magnolia are newer and that is the reason we have no experience with them.
As for parking AT the Superbowl I have no idea.
