Still looking for something to brew up in the Dutch Oven. - doxiemom11Explorer IIWalking tacos. Everyone can just make their own the way they like it. Get a bunch of small bags of Fritos , make some chili, have fixins like shredded lettuce, tomato, shredded cheese, sour cream, chopped onion . Yum.

What ya making that is easy and delicious...maybe in a slow cooker/crockpot?
Without a slow cooker or any heat, my all time easy on the cook SS dish is the Muffaletta Sandwich. Although I started making it for SBS it's now become a fav for camping first night as well. I tend to make it a night or two in advance, soak the bread in tons of olive oil, rest it wrapped in a lot of Saran wrap and a weight of cans or a 12" CI skillet. Have any leftovers? Serve it with eggs or green minestrone soup.
Need to give my slow cooker a workout?
Crockpot Lasagna. Choose from the many versions available on the 'net. - Super_DaveExplorerOne of my easy appetizers is corn dog bites. Using a mini muffin pan, put 1" pieces of hot dog in each and cover with your favorite box cornbread batter. Bake as directed or until golden brown.
