Sea Rim SP, no hookups or dump station but I guarantee it'll be the least crowded of any beach park in TX. Galveston SP is OK, hookups and dump, but not exactely on the beach. National Seashore at Padre Island is real cheap (like $5 for 30 days) but it is real hard core beach camping, haven't been there in several years price may have changed.
