Undefinable because what's "best" for another may not be "best" for you. Don't set yourself up for a let down. Take the suggestions and then decide for yourself but don't blame another if you don't like it.

My favorite is Bar Harbor KOA but it has it's down sides like small sites. I'm willing to put up with those because of it's location.
